35K Celebration - Hop on board the Smile Train

Hi everyone!

To celebrate selling over 35,000 copies of my Tropical Heat Series: Wild for You (Book One) and Sold on You (Book Two), I am donating a portion of the sales on March 1, 2012 to the SMILE TRAIN - a charity that repairs disfiguring cleft palates on children. Smile Train is the world's leading cleft charity with hundreds of programs in 80+ of the world's poorest countries.

 

Join me in spreading the word -- it takes $250.00 to pay for one operation that can happily transform a child's life. Let's see how many operations we can provide

 

On March 1, please leave a comment on this blog when you've purchased or gifted a copy of Wild for You or Sold on You and I will add your name to the list of donors. I will announce my cash amount donation to Smile Train on March 2, 2012.

Yeah, Sophia, I'm doing my best to follow your example. Very difficult, but you are such a great example and a lovely person. Thank you for sharing your succes. It's the best motivation for your fellow authors. Congratulations.

Hi Martha! Thank you so much for supporting this wonderful cause by gifting your daughter with a copy of SOLD ON YOU. I'm delighted that you enjoyed my books! My next book, GRILL ME, BABY, will be released by Samhain Publishing in June 2012. It's set in Miami and is about two chefs duking it out for top chef in a TV competition. I'll be posting my wonderful new cover and an excerpt soon...stay tuned!

This is a wonderful novel, the beginning of an equally wonderful journey that is still going on. After I read it, I had to buy Sold on You, and it was equally good. I hardly ever read romance novels, but something in the summary of this one caught my eye. (It also helps that I am from Argentina, I guess)!

The plot develops easily and sensibly, making us want to guess how it will be resolved. It is not predictable, and quite a surprise, but it makes sense. In addition, the characters are genuine and also likeable, an important factor not found in some novels.

All in all, it is a truly "feel good" book. Go for it. You will not regret it! And now, we look forward to Grill Me, Baby, expected in June 2012.
